Steps
- Spiced Pecans (use ingredients 1-5): Beat egg white until frothy, but not stiff. Add vanilla, sugar and water. Add pecans and mix to coat. Spread pecans on baking sheet in a single layer, bake in a pre-heated 200 degree oven for 45 minutes, turning them every 15 minutes.
- Dressing (use ingredients 6-12): Toss all ingredients together.
- Just before serving, toss salad ingredients (13-16) with dressing.
- Sprinkle dressed salad with pecans.
- May replace strawberries with blueberries, or a mix of the two.
