SAUSAGE GRAVY

INGREDIENTS
sausage
1 lb
flour
1/2 cups
milk
2 cups
STEPS
Fry sausage until really brown, breaking up large pieces
Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup flour (depending on desired thickness) and cook for about 1 minute to create a roux.
Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over halved buttermilk biscuits.
