Steps
- Stir together sour cream and baking soda. Set aside.
- Cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
- Beat in sour cream misture. Stir in remaining ingredients until dry ingredients are just blended - do not over mix.
- Add batter into a greased loaf pan, and bake at 325-340 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
