STEPS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix almond paste, egg whites and sugar until smoooth.
- Drop by teaspoon (make small) into pignoli nuts and roll and coat them.
- Bake on brown paper at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Cool on rack.
