INGREDIENTS

  • Almond Paste
    1 lb
  • Egg Whites
    3 quantity
  • Sugar
    1 cups
  • Pignoli Nuts
    1 lb

STEPS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix almond paste, egg whites and sugar until smoooth.
  3. Drop by teaspoon (make small) into pignoli nuts and roll and coat them.
  4. Bake on brown paper at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Cool on rack.
