Rolls

Ingredients

  • sugar
    1/2 cups
  • salt
    1 tsp
  • milk
    1 cups
  • water (hot)
    1 cups
  • oil
    3 Tbsp
  • yeast
    1 quantity
  • flour
    6 cups
  • butter
    2 Tbsp

Steps

  1. Mix sugar, salt, milk, hot water, and oil.
  2. Add 6 to 7 cups flour, knead until dough is soft.
  3. Cover with cloth and allow to rise until doubled.
  4. Punch down dough and shape into balls. Place on buttered baking pan and allow to rise.
  5. Bake at 375 F until golden brown.
