INGREDIENTS

  • medium onion
    1 quantity
  • garlic cloves
    2 quantity
  • olive oil
    quantity
  • chicken breast
    1 lb
  • cannellini beans
    2 cans
  • chicken broth
    1 cups
  • white wine
    1/2 cups
  • cumin
    1 tsp
  • cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp
  • canned green chilies
    4 oz

STEPS

  1. Cook and shred/cube chicken.
  2. Chop onion and crush garlic. Saute in oil until soft
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
  4. Heat until low boil. Reduce and simmer
  5. Cover until ready to serve
  6. Suggested toppings - crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheddar cheese, black olives, diced tomato, sour cream, salsa
