Steps
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- To a small bowl, add wrist temperature water, yeast, and sugar. Mix and let stand for 10 minutes
- Combine salt and flour in a mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix until incorporated.
- Knead dough for 8 minutes.
- In a clean, lightly oiled bowl, allow dough to rise for 1.5 hours until doubled in size (do not punch down)
- Oil a medium pizza pan and place dough into pan. Dimple the dough and top with oil and rosemary.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes
