FOCACCIA BREAD

INGREDIENTS
water
1 cups
active dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
flour
3 1/2 cups
rosemary
3 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
STEPS
Preheat oven to 425 F
To a small bowl, add wrist temperature water, yeast, and sugar. Mix and let stand for 10 minutes
Combine salt and flour in a mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Knead dough for 8 minutes.
In a clean, lightly oiled bowl, allow dough to rise for 1.5 hours until doubled in size (do not punch down)
Oil a medium pizza pan and place dough into pan. Dimple the dough and top with oil and rosemary.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes
