mixed romano and parmesean, grated1/2 cups
Steps
- Cook 2 cups elbow and 1 cup thin (linguini, spagh.) pasta until very soft without salt. Rinse with cold water, drain and squeeze
- Combine pepper, lard (can substitute margarine), eggs, salt, and cheese
- Mix with pasta and fill a greased, 2 quart baking pan
- Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until crispy on top
